Light Source: Subject is being lit from the front to show all her features, I decided to use this light to convey how I see Rooj. Happy, honest, with nothing to hide and easy to approach. Laws of light used: Angle of incidence equals angle of reflection, with the use of a golden reflector being held on the right hand side of the subject. 
Subject is being lit from the right hand side, to show only one side and keep the opposite side dark. Subject in looking down, with a sad expression, as if she had something to hide. I wanted to keep a strong and defined shadow.
I think the inverse square law is also visible here, subject is brighter on the side closer to the light source and gets darker progressively.
